FAQ about the snooze email feature

Snoozing an email means you remove a message from your inbox for a set period of time. It will vanish from your inbox for a specified time and return to the top of the list when the timer runs out. For example, you can set the time for the next morning, and the email will reappear at the top of the list at 8 a.m. the next day.

The snooze feature helps keep your Kmail.plala.or.jp inbox much tidier and more organized. After all, there’s no use keeping an email hanging around if you don’t have time to deal with it at the moment. It’s also a useful feature if the message contains time-sensitive information, like meeting agendas or flight tickets.

You can use the Snooze feature in Mailbird. Click the Snooze button, right-click an email, or use the shortcut key to choose the email’s nap time

It removes the email from your inbox to a separate folder. You can view the list of snoozed emails at any point. When its timer runs out, the email will return to the top of your inbox.

Snoozed emails are temporarily archived in the Snoozed folder. You can check all such messages there and even dismiss a snooze on an email if it’s no longer relevant.
